永豊銀行とアムレットBank SinoPac＆Amret

台湾シノパック・ホールディングス傘下、永豊銀行がカンボジアのマイクロファイナンス会社大手であるアムレットを買収しました。

これにより東南アジアでの事業拡大を展開していくようです。

永豊銀行は、台湾、中国、ベトナム、米国で展開している企業です。

ちなみにアムレットは、カンボジアで150支店があり63万人の顧客を持っている会社です。

カンボジアの貸付事業は何年伸びてきています。

これは経済が発展するとともに消費が増加してきているからです。

そのためまだまだカンボジアのマイクロファイナンス需要は伸びていくでしょうね。

Taiwan’s SinoPac Holdings subsidiary, Bank SinoPac, has acquired Amret, one of Cambodia’s leading microfinance companies.

With this acquisition, Bank SinoPac aims to expand its business in Southeast Asia.

Bank SinoPac currently operates in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and the United States.

Amret, on the other hand, has 150 branches in Cambodia and serves 630,000 customers.

Cambodia’s lending industry has been growing for years, driven by economic development and increasing consumer demand.

As a result, the demand for microfinance in Cambodia is expected to continue growing.
